  Very few videographers in the nation are fully trained in all aspects of legal videography.

       I am a member in good standing of the world's largest legal video organization,

the American Guild of Court Videographers (AGCV).  I have been a Certified Court

Video Specialist (CCVS), and a member of the AGCV since 2003. This certification is

limited to professional videographers who have been trained to understand the Federal

Rule of Civil Procedure 30(b)(4) and the Federal Rules of Evidence.

 

       I have  also been certified by the National Court Reporters Association (NCRA)

as a Certified Legal Video Specialist (CLVS) since 2003.  NCRA started the CLVS

program more than two decades ago in response to the growth in demand for video in

deposition settings and the absence of a specialized legal video training program.  As a

CLVS I am trained in the professional standards, ethics, and responsibilities of creating

and maintaining an official record.

 

       In 1959, I became a resident of North San Diego County  and worked in the residential and commercial fields of construction since 1964.  In 1978, I became a licensed contractor.

 

       I have been doing video documentation since 1985, during which time, I produced a cable television program that ran for over 10 years and I am the producer of several educational videos.

 

       As the founder of Doyle Legal Video, I have gone the extra mile and become certified by both the National Court Reporters Association and the American Guild of Court Videographers so that I might be able to better assist you in balancing the scales of justice for your clients.

 

       My extensive training has prepared me to produce legal video documents that should not be impeached and thrown out of court on some technicality.

 

       I have the ability to assist you in getting favorable results for your clients.

 

       I have the knowledge to produce precedent setting results, capturing on video the important information for the triers of fact.
